Bus No.119 to metro station Dejvická. At the metro station Muzeum change to red line C direction Háje and get off at the station Pražského povstání. Continue walking down Na Pankraci Street, turn left to Sinkulova Street, walk 10 meters and turn right to Marie Cibulkové Street.
